- Describe the procedure a passenger passes before boarding the airplane.
- Do you think this procedure is sufficient to provide for the safety of passengers? Why?
- What were the changes in aviation security after 9/11?
- How do you understand aviation safety?
3. LANGUAGE TASKS (18 min)
a) Audio Aviation English (5 min)
Now you will listen to a text. You are allowed to take notes. After you have listened to the text, you will be asked several questions. You will listen to the text twice. Do you understand? Listen

a) Simulation Task (8 min)
Imagine you are a friend of mine, and you are meeting me at Montreal after a flight from Oslo, Norway. After greetings I tell you that while overflying Iceland we saw an eruption of a volcano. Ask me questions and try to find out as much information as possible. Remember all my answers, as later you will tell this story back to me.
